Forensic Sociology

Forensic sociologists analyze evidence and research to determine negligence in criminal or civil cases. They may visit a crime scene to study how evidence collected relates to the behaviour of a defendant. Universities are there under the topics, but only limited research is going on at present.

The U.S. market for forensic products and services was valued at more than $10.9 billion in 2012 and is expected to reach $11.2 billion in 2013. BCC Research projects the market to grow to $16.3 billion by 2018, and register a five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.8% from 2013 to 2018
